Another of my childhood toys, Superman from Mego Pocket Super Heroes from 1979.
If I remember correctly the cape came off shortly after I got it and the head fell off from turning it so much, at the time I had the great idea of "fixing" it with modeling enamel paints and using a needle to join the head (which at least helped it not get lost 😛).
I spent several hours removing all the enamel paint and properly setting the head so it still rotates.
The plastic of the body seems to tend to darken and take on a rather unpleasant greenish tone, so I ended up painting the torso with a similar color to the limbs and I also painted the symbol with its red and yellow (which the original figure does not have).
I also made a base for it, although it is still without the cape.
I didn't paint the boots as they weren't too bad but I might give it a uniform tone in the future if I manage to re-create the cape.
I add the photo of how it looked before as well as how the blister was.
